titleOfInvention Method for producing liquid crystalline resin pellets
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method for producing a liquid crystalline resin pellet with improved ejection stability. SOLUTION: A method for producing pellets in which a liquid crystalline resin in a molten state is discharged as a group of strands into a trough in which cooling water is flown through a discharging device, and the group of strands is cooled and solidified and cut in the presence of cooling water. Wherein at least a strand group is discharged from the discharge device, and the amount of cooling water is at least 1.1 times and at most 10 times the amount of cooling water at the time of steady pelletization in a trough at the initial stage of discharge until the strand group reaches the cutter unit. Is characterized by flowing.
