titleOfInvention | Antimicrobial medical device and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a medical device which retains antibacterial properties for a long period of time even in the presence of physiological conditions, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: In a medical device having a crosslinked film on the surface of a base material, the polymer substance constituting the crosslinked film has an acid anhydride group, and the acid anhydride group contained in the polymer substance 0.5 to 10 mol% of the compound reacts with a compound having two or more active hydrogen groups in one molecule to form the crosslinked film, and the antibacterial substance is bonded to the crosslinked film. An antibacterial medical device characterized by the following. |
