abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problems] Antibacterial, deodorant, and isothiocyanate esters An object of the present invention is to provide an antibacterial / deodorant / freshness-maintaining gel composition having improved antibacterial properties, deodorant properties and freshness-maintaining properties, especially anti-discoloration properties, in a freshness-maintaining gel composition. SOLUTION: An agar gel is used as a base material, Antibacterial and deodorant containing, as active ingredients, 3 to 10% by weight of a deodorant extract extracted from one or more plants selected from the group consisting of butterbur, sasa and mugwort and 0.05% by weight or more of isothiocyanate ester. -A freshness maintaining gel composition is used. |
