titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of cushioning mold
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a mold which is inexpensive in manufacturing cost and can easily process the shape of a mold wall in accordance with the shape of a cushion material to be molded. SOLUTION: The present invention is intended to fill a matrix composed of short fibers of synthetic fibers having a crimped form with a fiber aggregate in which binder fibers having a melting point lower than that of the short fibers are dispersed and mixed, and thermoform into a cushion material. In the method of manufacturing a mold, the shape of the mold on which the cushion material is to be formed is stored in the cutting device as three-dimensional shape data, and the cutting device (4) uses the three-dimensional shape data to store the shape. A plate-shaped shape holding member group (5) having a three-dimensional shape is cut out, and the shape holding member group (5) is combined in a cross-girder shape to form a skeleton reflecting a mold shape, and along the formed skeleton. And a method of manufacturing a cushion material molding die, comprising attaching a breathable mold wall having a flexible structure.
