PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an I-6 receptor having various changes in IL-6 binding ability and IL-6 signaling ability of an IL-6 receptor. An L-6 receptor derivative is provided. A derivative lacking the immunoglobulin-like domain of the IL-6 receptor and maintaining IL-6 binding ability and IL-6 signaling ability; having an amino acid substitution mutation between positions 112 and 321; A derivative that maintains both IL-6 binding ability and IL-6 signaling ability; A derivative that has lost both IL-6 binding ability and IL-6 signaling ability, a derivative that has IL-6 binding ability but does not have IL-6 signaling ability, and a derivative that has no IL-6 binding ability but has IL-binding ability 6 Derivatives having signal transduction ability. |
