abstract (57) [Summary] The object of the present invention is to establish a method for measuring an anti-cytokeratin antibody and a cytokeratin-anti-cytokeratin antibody immune complex, and to apply it as a diagnostic agent for AIH. A measurement system for measuring anti-cytokeratin antibodies in serum or plasma is established. We found that AIH patients showed significantly higher values, and that the amount of antibody decreased with treatment. In addition, cytokeratin- The anti-cytokeratin antibody immune complex also showed significantly higher values in AIH patients. Then, it was revealed that measurement of an anti-cytokeratin antibody and a cytokeratin-anti-cytokeratin antibody immune complex is useful for diagnosing AIH and grasping a disease state.
