SOLUTION: Before being subjected to phosphating and painting treatment, it is treated with a colloidal dispersion of titanium phosphate, An Al-Mg-Si-based aluminum alloy wrought material having a surface coated with titanium phosphate, the absolute value of the difference between the zeta potential of the titanium phosphate surface and the zeta potential of the aluminum alloy wrought material surface. That is, the surface is adjusted in advance so that the value is 30 mV or more.
