abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide superior dielectric properties in a high frequency band as compared with using a divalent or higher cyanate ester alone, and to process the same as a conventional thermosetting resin laminate such as an epoxy resin. The present invention provides a resin composition having excellent properties, and further having good compatibility with polyphenylene ether, excellent fluidity of a resin at the time of molding, and good appearance when formed into a prepreg. SOLUTION: Essential components are a cyanate compound (A) containing two or more cyanato groups in a molecule, a monocyanate compound (B) containing one cyanato group in a molecule, and a polyphenylene ether resin (C). |
