titleOfInvention | Continuous vapor deposition polymerization method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Problem] To provide a continuous vapor deposition polymerization method which is excellent in workability and operability and can be mass-produced in a short time. SOLUTION: The base film 3 is cooled and uncoated from an unwinding roll 4 disposed in a winding type vacuum evaporation polymerization apparatus A. The cooling roll is supplied onto the peripheral surface of the tinting roll 5 and then cooled. At least two types of highly reactive monomers 8 are simultaneously evaporated on one side of the base film supplied to the coating roll, and these are collided on the above-mentioned base film, and the monomers of both are allowed to collide. A polymerization reaction is caused by the surface movement of-to form a vapor-deposited polymer film composed of a polymer film, and thereafter, the base film on which the vapor-deposited polymer film is formed is taken up on a take-up roll. Heating, irradiating ultraviolet rays, or irradiating the vapor-deposited polymer film composed of a polymer film by the continuous vapor deposition polymerization method or the continuous vapor deposition polymerization method described above, and curing the vapor-deposited polymer film composed of the polymer film A continuous vapor deposition polymerization method. |
