SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a thermosensitive recording medium having a thermosensitive recording layer containing a leuco dye, a color former and an adhesive on a support, as one means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention relates to a leuco dye. 3-di (n-butyl) amino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluoran, 3-di (n- Pentyl) amino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluoran and 3- (N-ethyl-N-isoamyl) amino- At least one leuco dye A selected from 6-methyl-7-anilinofluoran and 3-diethylamino-7 -(O-chloroanilino) fluoran and 3-di (n -Butyl) amino-7- (o-chloroanilino) fluoran and at least one leuco dye B selected from the group consisting of a leuco dye A and a leuco dye B in a weight ratio of 2: 3 to 4: 1 and 4-hydroxy-4′- as a color former A hydroxydiphenylsulfone-based compound such as isopropoxydiphenylsulfone is used.
