(57) [Problem] To provide a method of manufacturing a tire for correcting its own tire uniformity characteristics. A tire has a pair of beads. And a carcass reinforcement ply 820 extending between the beads to improve tire uniformity characteristics. The carcass reinforcement ply 820 can be plastic or non-plastic, allowing and limiting the orientation of the reinforcement cord relative to other materials or components of the tire 800, respectively, after the tire 800 has been at least partially sulfurized. And a plurality of reinforcement cords 821 embedded in a matrix material. The method of making the tire includes the steps of making the matrix material plastic, turning one or more of the reinforcement cords without stretching the reinforcement cord beyond its elastic limit, and rendering the matrix material non-plastic. . |
