titleOfInvention Water treatment system with semiconductor photocatalyst using both microwave and ultraviolet
abstract [57] [Problem] To purify water pollutants using a semiconductor photocatalyst, there are problems such as treatment time, but the decomposition rate is greatly increased as compared with a general water purification method using a semiconductor photocatalyst irradiated with ultraviolet rays. Improved. SOLUTION: A method for removing water polluting organic matter in a short time by irradiating electromagnetic waves such as microwaves to a water purification method using a semiconductor photocatalyst has been devised. Simultaneous irradiation with electromagnetic waves and ultraviolet rays activates the semiconductor photocatalyst and improves the water purification rate.
