(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide an antibacterial coating agent which exhibits an antibacterial effect for a long period of time without impairing the antibacterial property of a tropoloid compound and which is free from environmental pollution. The coating agent of the present invention is obtained by reacting a metal oxide oligomer with a tropoloid compound and subjecting it to a hydrolysis / condensation reaction of a metal alkoxide or the like as a matrix. [Effect] It is a safe antibacterial coating agent without environmental pollution. |
