titleOfInvention | Method for determining the composition in the CSG method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining a mixture for obtaining a CSG kneaded product which can exhibit a predetermined strength by simple quality control and has good workability. SOLUTION: The crushed stone and the locally generated material are sieved and classified without being washed, a range of a mixture ratio of the classified aggregate having an actual loading rate of a value within a predetermined range is obtained, and the classified aggregate mixed in the range of the mixture ratio is obtained. To produce a plurality of CSG kneaded samples containing The mixture ratio of the classified aggregate contained in the kneaded material sample showing the C value is defined as the mixing ratio, and the mixture of the classified aggregate having the mixing ratio is used as a sample of the CSG kneaded material with a plurality of unit water amounts and a plurality of unit cement amounts, respectively. Is generated, and the relationship between each unit amount and the VC value is obtained from each sample, the initial VC value at which the VC value after a predetermined time becomes equal to or less than a predetermined value is obtained. The unit water amount and the unit cement amount which indicate the above are determined as the mixing ratio. |
