abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To reduce the distance between phases and reduce the size of closed power receiving and distribution equipment such as a switchboard. SOLUTION: A cylindrical primary winding 1 and a secondary winding 2 arranged on a concentric circle are integrally formed with an insulating resin 3, and an iron core is sandwiched between an outer peripheral portion and a center hole of the winding. In the container, the primary winding 1 and the secondary winding 2 are made flat by increasing the thickness of the primary winding 1 and the secondary winding 2, and a column-shaped projection 4 is formed in the vertical direction above the main body by the insulating resin 3. A shaft conductor 5 and a cylindrical conductor 6 are coaxially disposed in the portion, and their lower ends are respectively connected to both ends of the primary winding 1 to form a primary winding connection terminal portion.
