titleOfInvention | Cushion body and manufacturing method |
abstract | (57) [Problem] An object of the present invention is to provide a cushion body that has good air permeability and is not easily peeled, and has no problem such as substantial sag even when used for an automobile seat and the like. An object of the present invention is to provide a cushion body that can be accurately formed into a predetermined three-dimensional shape by a simpler manufacturing process, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: A plurality of fibrous materials made of a thermoplastic elastomer containing a foaming agent are randomly bent, and a fibrous aggregate in which contact portions of the fibrous materials are fused with each other, the fibrous material is foamed, and molded by molding. A cushion body formed into a predetermined three-dimensional shape, wherein said thermoplastic elastomer is obtained by copolymerizing a specific dicarboxylic acid, a specific diol, and a specific polyether glycol component. And a method for producing the cushion body, wherein the cushion body is a polyetherester block copolymer. |
