abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a novel phosphorylated polyorganosiloxane which is excellent as a flame retardant for resin and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: By forming a PO-Si bond between a P-OH group of a phosphoric acid derivative and an H-Si group of a hydropolyorganosiloxane, the hydropolyorganosiloxane is phosphorylated polyorganosiloxane. And For example, a compound represented by the formula (I) -1 is reacted with a compound represented by the formula (II) -1 to obtain a compound represented by the formula (I) A compound represented by V) -1 is produced.
