abstract (57) Abstract: Provided is an electric circuit board suitable for an ink jet printer head having a connection terminal capable of obtaining good electric connection. A drive circuit 27, a resistance heating section 28, a common electrode 29, individual wiring electrodes 31, connection terminals 32, and the like are formed on a chip substrate 21. Subsequently, a seal partition wall 33-1 and an ink pressurizing chamber 34 are formed. The partitioning walls 33-2 and 33-3 to be formed are formed, and at the same time, the supporting member 35 is formed of the same material as the partitioning wall 33-2. Further, an ink supply groove 36 and an ink supply hole 37 are formed. Thereafter, the orifice plate 22 is laminated on these, the bonding holes 25 are etched at positions corresponding to the connection terminals 32, and then separated from the adjacent chip substrate at the right end. Since the orifice plate 22 is supported by the support member 35, it does not hang down and come into contact with the connection terminal 32, does not lower the etching rate due to heat conduction or the like, does not generate etching residues, and has no connection residue. Maintain good electrical connectivity.
