titleOfInvention Compositions and compounds exhibiting emulsifying action
abstract (57) [Summary] (With correction) [Problem] To provide a new biosurfactant. SOLUTION: The composition and the compound exhibiting an emulsifying action obtained from Alkaniborax sp. ST-T1 strain, wherein a culture solution of Alkaniborax sp. ST-T1 strain is prepared under an acidic condition of pH 2 or less. The mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate, fractionated by thin-layer chromatography using a mixed solvent of n-propanol: water: chloroform (6: 2: 1), and had a mobility Rf of 0.8. ~ 1.0 spots were separated and further fractionated by thin-layer chromatography using a mixed solvent of chloroform: cyclohexane (9: 1) to give a mobility Rf of 0.00 ~. 0.05, 0.05-0.15, 0.15-0.25, Separate 0.3-0.5 or 0.8-1.0 spots
