abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To avoid turning over of a cleaning blade, slippage of toner, abnormal noise, and problems associated with blade vibration when polymerized toner is used, and in particular, slippage occurs even with spherical toner. With no cleaning equipment, Provided are an image forming apparatus, an image forming method, and a process cartridge using the same. SOLUTION: In a cleaning device for developing an electrostatic latent image on an image carrier, transferring a toner image to a recording material, and removing toner remaining on the image carrier, a plurality of plate-like blade materials are bonded. The rebound resilience (A) of the blade material (a) used on the side of the cleaning blade that is in contact with the image carrier is used, and the cleaning blade that is not in contact with the image carrier is used.
