Provided is an electrophotographic charging member capable of suppressing bleed, having no charging unevenness, and providing high image quality. An electrophotographic charging member including an elastic body or an elastic layer having acrylonitrile butadiene rubber or epichlorohydrin rubber, wherein the elastic body or the elastic layer includes an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The above problem is solved by a charging member for use. |
