titleOfInvention Optical system and laser irradiation device
abstract (57) [Problem] To reduce aberration of a spherical lens and make energy distribution of a linear laser uniform. SOLUTION: The cylindrical lens is divided by a plane parallel to the generating line and parallel to the optical axis. By changing the height of each of the divided lenses from the irradiated surface, the difference in the focal length in the lenses is corrected, and the aberration is reduced. This makes the energy distribution of the linear laser uniform. The present invention can be used not only as a linear laser optical system but also as a method for reducing lens aberration.
