titleOfInvention | Method and apparatus for dyeing woven material with indigo using indixir |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To impregnate yarn used as a woven material with indoxyl, In dyeing the yarn with indigo by oxidizing the impregnated indoxil, the degree of impregnation and oxidation of the indoxil is increased so that a core that is not dyed on the yarn is formed, thereby washing and fading. It enables the production of woven fabrics with excellent resistance to water. SOLUTION: The process of arranging a number of bats containing indoxyl in series and dipping the yarn in the indoxil bath solution in the plurality of bats and exposing the yarn discharged from the bath solution to the atmosphere is performed. The process is repeated, during which time the yarn is exposed to the atmosphere between successive bats is sequentially lengthened. Preferably, the yarn is subjected to a pre-cleaning treatment prior to immersion in the indoxil bath solution, followed by a series of vats impregnating the indoxil and exposing to air before washing and pre-washing. It is subjected to a drying treatment, followed by sizing and drying treatment. |
