(57) [Summary] [Problem] Flying salt content is obtained by performing surface treatment with excellent workability and economic efficiency on the surface of steel materials such as weathering steel and ordinary steel, or those surfaces covered with a rust layer. A coated steel material capable of forming a highly anticorrosive rust layer at an early stage even in a severe corrosive environment such as a large amount of steel. SOLUTION: The calcium nitrate is 0.1 to 30% by mass, 1 μm of an organic resin paint containing 0.2 to 60% by mass of a total of 0.2 to 60% by mass of a metal sulfate having a solubility of 1 g or more at 5 ° C. in 100 g of water and one or two or more phosphoric acids. The steel surface or the steel surface covered with the rust layer is coated with a dry film thickness of 200 μm or less. |
