titleOfInvention | Method for producing molded article having multilayer structure and molded article obtained therefrom |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good molded product even when having a thin layer and to obtain sufficient adhesiveness at an interface, and particularly to provide a three-dimensional pattern at an interface of a layer. Even in such a case, it is possible to provide a production method by which a good molded product can be obtained, and when it is transparent, a multi-layered molded product excellent in optical distortion can be obtained, and such a molded product can be provided. SOLUTION: (1) A step of filling a thermoplastic resin into a first mold cavity to produce a first resin molded product forming a first layer (a first step), and (2) a second mold. A first resin molded product and a resin sheet (third layer) are placed in the mold cavity so as to face each other, and the first resin molded product and the first layer are substantially disposed between the first layer and the third layer. Forming a space formed by the surface of the layer and the surface of the third layer (second step), and (3) filling the space with the thermoplastic resin forming the second layer at an injection speed of 300 mm / sec or more. First, second, and third layers comprising a step of performing (third step) and a step (fourth step) of taking out the resin molded product that has been cooled after filling from the second mold cavity (fourth step). A method for producing a molded article having a multilayer structure in which is laminated. |
