(57) [Summary] [Object] It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for reliably obtaining a target recombinant by a single gene transfer. A DNA fragment comprising two or more types of structural parts of a gene having a ribosome binding sequence arranged downstream of a translation termination sequence, wherein one of the genes is a selectable marker gene. Disclosed are a DNA fragment for chromosome integration, a chromosome integration vector incorporating the same, and a method for introducing a gene into a chromosome using the same. |
