PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the drawback that conventional photoelectric conversion elements of the dye-sensitized type incompatible with photoelectric conversion efficiency and durability, and to provide dye sensitization having high photoelectric conversion ability and durability. Provided are a photoelectric conversion element and a solar cell using the same. SOLUTION: In a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element having a conductive support, a photosensitive layer containing semiconductor fine particles adsorbing a dye coated on the conductive support, a charge transfer layer and a counter electrode, the charge A p-type inorganic compound semiconductor and a molten salt electrolyte are contained in the moving layer to constitute a photoelectric conversion element and a solar cell. |
