abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a multilayer solid electrolytic capacitor element excellent in small size, large capacity, yield, and performance. A multilayer solid electrolytic capacitor in which a plurality of single-plate capacitor elements are placed in a chip by a multilayer structure, such as parallel lamination, opposing lamination, opposing lamination of each layer, and close-packing. This facilitates the manufacture of a small and large-capacity element. The single-plate capacitor element is preferably a divergent element.
