abstract (57) [Summary] A bovine placenta-derived alkaline phosphatase is found as a protein characteristically present in bovine placenta, a method for purifying it in large quantities is established, and an antibody using the same as an immunogen is labeled. A measurement method for detecting a bovine placenta-derived component by an enzyme immunoassay using the above method. [Effect] The present measurement method makes it possible to detect a bovine placenta extract component with high sensitivity particularly in a cosmetic preparation.
