titleOfInvention | Charged particle measuring instrument |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] Under pressure conditions from atmospheric pressure to vacuum, Provided is a charged particle measuring device capable of measuring, with high accuracy, the number concentration and the like of particles having a very low number concentration suspended in a gas. SOLUTION: When a gas containing charged fine particles is introduced from a gas introduction pipe 3, a gas flows into an internal space of a center electrode 6 due to a pressure difference between the gas introduction pipe 3 and an exhaust pipe 4, and the center electrode 6 The gas is exhausted from the exhaust pipe 4 to the outside through the ion collector 7. At this time, the gas flowing into the inner space of the center electrode 6 collides with the ion collector 7, and a part of the gas is bounced off and discharged into the inner space of the center electrode 6. It collides with the ion collector 11. The charged fine particles contained in the gas are supplied to the ion collector 7 and the ion collector 11. The electric charge is emitted by colliding with the metal screens 9, 9, and 13, and the current generated by the collision flows from the ion collector 7 and the ion collector 11 to the preamplifier 19 via the support 15 and the like. After the weak current is amplified by the preamplifier 19, the current value is measured by the ammeter 20. |
