abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a novel lubricating grease with low dust generation by improving the fiber shape of a thickener and a rolling bearing with low dust generation. Further, the present invention provides a low-dust-generating rolling bearing or a low-dust-generating linear motion device used in a clean room or the like. SOLUTION: A low particle generation in which a fibrous thickener having a length of 2 μm or less is dispersed in a base oil having a surface tension of 25 mN / m or more at 25 ° C., and the mixing consistency (JIS K2220) is preferably adjusted to 180 to 260. Grease with grease. A thickening agent having a fine short fiber structure is uniformly dispersed in the base oil to provide a homogeneous and excellent lubricating grease with low dust generation. If a fibrous thickener which is a fatty acid lithium salt having no hydroxyl group in the chemical structural formula is employed, the fibrous thickener is surely uniformly dispersed. A low-dust-generating rolling bearing or a low-dust-generating linear motion device in which such low-dust-generating lubricating grease is sealed in a rolling bearing has excellent low-dust characteristics.
