titleOfInvention Method for producing open cell of polyethylene resin
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a non-crosslinked polyethylene resin open cell having a high open cell ratio and excellent recyclability. SOLUTION: A foaming composition obtained by adding 4,4′-oxybis (benzenesulfonylhydrazide) to a polyethylene resin obtained by using a metallocene compound as a polymerization catalyst is shaped, and then heated and foamed under normal pressure. A method for producing a polyethylene-based resin open cell , comprising forming a foam and applying mechanical deformation to the foam to open cells .
