abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a leukemia cell separating material useful for treating leukemia or judging the progress of a disease state by separating and removing leukemia cells from the blood of a leukemia patient. SOLUTION: A leukemia cell-binding agent such as a lectin protein derived from a mushroom or a seed of an adzuki bean seed is supported on a physiologically inert magnetic particle carrier to obtain a leukemia cell separating material.
