abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide an organic waste recycling system capable of performing both the treatment of plant waste and the treatment of food waste. SOLUTION: Fermentation means for producing a bacterial bed for producing a bacterial bed for primary fermentation of plant waste to promote fermentation of garbage. 12 and a garbage disposal means 14 for fermenting garbage using this bacterial bed and reducing the amount thereof, and a composting for producing a compost by secondary fermenting the used bacterial bed used in the garbage disposal means. Fermentation means 15 is provided. Plant waste and food waste can be treated and reused as compost.
