(57) [Problem] To provide a novel method for testing the effect as a therapeutic or preventive agent for hyperlipidemia, and a polynucleotide and an antibody used in the method. SOLUTION: In a cell cultured in the presence or absence of a test substance, a cultured cell is represented by nucleotide numbers 47 to 1411 of SEQ ID NO: 1 or nucleotide numbers 78 to 1457 of SEQ ID NO: 3 in the sequence listing. The expression level of mRNA having the nucleotide sequence (where t in the sequence is replaced by u) is detected, and the amount of mRNA detected in cells cultured in the presence of the test substance is higher than in cells cultured in the absence of the test substance. A method for selecting a test substance that reduces the amount of mRNA expression performed. |
