titleOfInvention Paint for inorganic base material and method for forming coating film
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a paint capable of obtaining a paint film having a predetermined thickness without causing cracks in the paint film on an inorganic base material, and a paint film forming method using the paint. A coating film obtained from a coating material has a crack followability of 0.2 mm or more, and this coating material is applied to an inorganic base material. A wet coating film obtained by coating so as to obtain a target dry film thickness of at least μm is obtained by: (a) a color difference between the wet coating film and the inorganic base material of 20 or more; and (b) a wet coating film. (C) a wet coating having a color difference of 2 or more from a wet coating having a thickness of less than (the target dry film thickness−50 μm), and a wet coating having a thickness 1.2 times as large as the wet coating. The target dry film thickness is set with respect to a predetermined dry film thickness by a paint for an inorganic base material that satisfies the condition that the color difference from the coating film is less than 1, and the coating is performed by using the above paint, and the coating is obtained. A coating film forming method for observing the color of a wet film and determining whether or not a target dry film thickness has been reached.
