PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agglomerated pigment particle which is excellent as a material for make-up cosmetics, which is excellent in feel to the skin and lightness of elongation to the skin, has good moist feeling and long lasting cosmetic properties, and has a high effect of preventing makeup collapse. The task is to provide SOLUTION: This problem is solved by easily collapsible aggregated pigment particles obtained by spray-drying a mixture containing at least a moisturizing polymer and pigment particles. |
