titleOfInvention | On-machine drawing lithographic printing method and on-machine drawing lithographic printing apparatus |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Problem] To be able to print a large number of inexpensive, high-speed, clear images that can correspond to digital image data. The present invention provides an on-press lithographic printing method in which heating conditions necessary for obtaining sufficient printing durability can be achieved by heating for a short time. SOLUTION: A plate material is mounted on a plate cylinder of a printing press, and an image is formed directly on the plate material by an ink jet method in which ink containing a lipophilic component is ejected based on a signal of image data. Subsequently, a printing plate was prepared by performing heat fixing, and in the on-press drawing lithographic printing method in which lithographic printing was subsequently performed using the plate material in that state, the heat fixing was performed by a heat roller. |
