titleOfInvention Waste ash sealed block and fishing reef using it
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To effectively contain dioxins and heavy metals in waste ash. SOLUTION: A mixture of natural black clay, volcanic effluent such as volcanic ash and waste ash is hardened with cement. The humic colloid in natural black clay is negatively charged, so that cations such as heavy metals in the block are adsorbed and retained on the colloid particles, and allophane is an amphoteric colloid, which can convert cations and anions. Adsorbed and retained, and porous lapilli, volcanic sand, and volcanic ash adsorb and retain dioxins, PCBs, and other harmful substances in their fine pores, and these are sealed with cement. It can be tightly confined and can prevent escape to the outside.
