PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous solution having excellent flame retardancy or self-extinguishing property, low interfacial resistance of a non-aqueous electrolyte, and excellent low-temperature properties while maintaining sufficient electrical properties such as electrical conductivity. To provide an electrolyte electric double layer capacitor. SOLUTION: This is a non-aqueous electrolyte electric double-layer capacitor comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolyte containing a supporting salt and at least 20% by volume of a phosphazene derivative. |
