titleOfInvention | Conductive and colorable composition compounded rubber |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hunter whiteness of 20 which is obtained by combining an anionic surfactant or a fatty acid ester-based nonionic surfactant with an inorganic semi-conductive material, and coloring the desired specific resistance and a desired color to 20. The present invention provides a conductive compound rubber. SOLUTION: When the raw rubber is set to 100, the weight ratio of the inorganic semiconductive material is set to 50 to 30. 0 PHR, and the weight ratio of surface activity is 5 to 30. Included as PHR, inorganic semiconductive materials are zinc oxide doped with aluminum, or tin oxide doped with antimony and coated with titanium oxide, or conductive potassium titanate. It is assumed that one type or a combination of plural types is used. |
