abstract (57) [Problem] An object of the present invention is to easily form a film, and after use, to burn easily without clogging of an incinerator and generation of a toxic gas or a toxic compound. Provided is a flame-retardant film that does not remain, particularly a flame-retardant film that can be suitably used in a radiation substance handling facility. SOLUTION: 100 parts by weight of an olefin resin and at least one flame retardant selected from the group consisting of glycine, isocyanuric acid, melamine cyanurate and guanidine carbonate 1 A flame-retardant film comprising 0 to 50 parts by weight, substantially consisting of only carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen.
