(57) [Summary] (Modified) [PROBLEMS] To provide a recombinant vector incorporating a lactate-generating gene and an acid-resistant lactic acid-producing microorganism. SOLUTION: This recombinant vector incorporates a lactate dehydrogenase gene and a promoter derived from a microorganism belonging to the genus Bifidobacterium or Lactobacillus, wherein the microorganism belonging to the genus Bifidobacterium is Bifidobacterium longum, and the promoter is Provided is a recombinant vector derived from a glyceraldehyde triphosphate dehydrogenase gene, and a yeast or a mold capable of performing lactic acid fermentation under conditions of pH 6 or less with an acid-resistant lactic acid-producing microorganism transformed with the recombinant vector. |
