(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a nucleic acid extraction method that does not use substances harmful to the environment or the human body and can easily handle a sample containing impurities. SOLUTION: A step of mixing a sample containing a nucleic acid with a dissolving solution containing a surfactant, a salt, a buffer and a chelating agent, and mixing the resulting mixture with a solution having a phosphate ester moiety in at least a part of the structural unit. Provided is a method for extracting nucleic acid, which comprises a step of contacting with a solid support having a hydrophilic surface and a step of separating the solid support from a lysate. |
