abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a novel compound which can be a human chymase activity inhibitor which is clinically applicable. SOLUTION: The following formula (1) [In the formula, R 1 and R 2 represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a trihalomethyl group, a cyano group, a hydroxyl group, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, or the like. A represents an alkylene group, an alkenylene group, an arylene group, or a heteroarylene group. D represents a single bond, -CO -, - SO 2 - , an alkylene group or alkenylene group. E is -COOR 3 , -SO 3 R 3 , —CONHR 3 , —SO 2 NHR 3 and the like. G represents an alkylene group, and J represents an alkyl group, an aryl group, or a heteroaryl group. M represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; Represents a CH or nitrogen atom. Or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. These show strong human chymase inhibitory activity. Therefore, it can be used as a clinically applicable prophylactic and / or therapeutic agent for various diseases involving human chymase.
