titleOfInvention | Leather-like sheet and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a natural leather-like leather-like sheet excellent in fullness, flexibility and surface appearance, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: In a leather-like sheet obtained by impregnating and drying an entangled nonwoven fabric composed of a fiber bundle with a polyurethane-based emulsion, the fiber bundle has 0.005 to 0.5 decitex of ultrafine fibers (A) and 0.0001. 0.10.1 decitex of ultra-fine fibers (B), wherein the ultra-fine fibers (B) exist around the ultra-fine fibers (A), and ultra-fine fibers (A) / ultra-fine fibers (B) = 95 / 5 to 50/50 (weight ratio), and the polyurethane emulsion is 100 parts by weight of a polyurethane having a nitrogen atom (N) in the range of 2.0 to 4.0% is dispersed in water using 5 to 15 parts by weight of a nonionic surfactant having an HLB in the range of 13 to 17. Water-based polyurethane emulsion. |
