titleOfInvention | Regeneration method of electroless nickel plating solution |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide phosphite generated and accumulated in a plating solution from an electroless nickel plating solution aged by a plating operation. It is separated and removed as calcium phosphite and reused as a plating solution. SOLUTION: Plating of a basic composition in which nickel hydroxide, nickel carbonate or nickel hypophosphite as a nickel source is combined with hypophosphorous acid, nickel hypophosphite or sodium hypophosphite as a reducing agent To regenerate the solution, calcium carbonate or calcium hydroxide is added to the plating solution. Thereby, the phosphite generated and accumulated in the plating solution by the oxidation of the hypophosphite is precipitated as calcium phosphite. At this time, the liquid at the end of the reaction The amount of calcium carbonate or calcium hydroxide is adjusted so that the pH becomes 4.5 to 5.8, and hypophosphorous acid is added. The precipitated calcium phosphite is separated and removed, and the recovered mother liquor can be reused as a plating solution. |
