titleOfInvention | UV absorbing polyvinyl alcohol composition |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] A film-forming property inherent in PVA resin, Provided is a PVA-based resin composition which has improved ultraviolet absorbing ability without impairing film strength and transparency, and has less decrease in ultraviolet absorbing ability due to bleed-out of an ultraviolet absorber. SOLUTION: (A) When the saponification degree is 60 mol% or more, (B) 1-75 UV-absorbing water-soluble polymer having a molecular weight of 3000 or more per 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol having a 4% aqueous solution viscosity of 1.2 mPa · s at 0 ° C. It is blended by weight. |
