(57) [Problem] To provide a peritoneal dialysate whose water removal performance can be adjusted without changing the amount of glucose absorbed into the body, and a method for adjusting the same. SOLUTION: Glucose as an osmotic pressure adjusting substance, sodium ion (Na + ), calcium ion (Ca 2+ ) and magnesium ions (Mg 2+ ) within the following ranges, as the anions chlorion (Cl − ) and / or Alternatively, the above-mentioned problem is solved by adjusting the water removal performance by changing the type and concentration of the organic acid while keeping the glucose concentration constant, including organic acid ions.
