titleOfInvention Polymer dielectric, capacitor, electronic device and method for producing the same
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a polymer dielectric having a dielectric constant of 4.5 or more, preferably 6.0 or more, a capacitor and an electronic device using the same, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A polymer dielectric having a composite of a undoped or undoped conjugated polymer in a polymer matrix to form an insulator that cannot be re-doped and having a dielectric constant of 4.5 or more. A polymer dielectric is manufactured by compounding a conjugated polymer in a polymer matrix and undoping it to form an insulator that cannot be re-doped.
